Breaking Cycles. Building Stability.
Creating Generational Wealth.

Welfare To Wealth helps individuals and families move beyond financial survival by building pathways toward stability, economic mobility, ownership, and long-term wealth.
Our mission is bigger than helping families make ends meet. We're helping families change what's financially possible for generations to come.
People Don't Need Another Message Telling Them to “Do Better.”
They Need a Pathway Showing Them How.
Financial hardship is rarely caused by one issue. Families may be navigating income instability, housing challenges, debt, workforce barriers, limited savings, public-benefit transitions, and limited access to wealth-building opportunities—all at the same time.
Welfare To Wealth was created to connect the pieces. We bring together practical education, resources, income advancement, financial preparation, and pathways to ownership so families can build sustainable financial futures—not simply survive the next crisis.
WHY WELFARE TO WEALTH EXISTS

“We aren't simply helping families get through today.
We're helping them build a different tomorrow.”

Meet Samantha J. West
Founder, Welfare To Wealth
Samantha J. West founded Welfare To Wealth with a commitment to helping families move beyond temporary financial survival and toward sustainable economic mobility.
Her professional experience spans property management, affordable housing, financial operations, administration, training and development, and community-focused work—providing a multidisciplinary perspective on the challenges families face and the systems that influence their financial progress.
Through Welfare To Wealth, Samantha is developing practical resources, programs, partnerships, and pathways designed to help families strengthen their finances, increase earning potential, pursue ownership, build assets, and create stronger financial futures.
Her vision is simple: families should have more than a way to survive poverty. They should have a pathway out of it.
The Future We Are Building
We envision communities where families have the financial stability, knowledge, income, opportunities, and assets needed not only to overcome financial hardship—but to build stronger futures for the generations that follow.
